Refund and Weather Cancelation Policy

  

No Refund or moving fees to a different tournament will be allowed 14 days prior to the Tournament start date. 


Tournament Weather/Rainout Minimum Refund Policy; 60% refund if no games are played. 40% refund if 1 game is completed. No refund if 2 or more games are completed.


No refunds will be given to teams that forfeit for any reason including pitching or behavior violations. 50$ deposit is non refundable.


If the tournament changes it’s dates for any reason the refund policy is the same as above. 


If a natural disaster happens the policy is the same as above. For instance things like floods, tornados, pandemics etc…

Cancelled games due to weather or disaster will not be rescheduled.
