No Refund or moving fees to a different tournament will be allowed 14 days prior to the Tournament start date.
Tournament Minimum Weather, Poor Field Conditions and Disaster Refund Policy; 60% refund if no games are played. 40% refund if 1 game is completed. No refund if 2 or more games are completed.
No refunds will be given to teams that forfeit for any reason including pitching or behavior violations.
No refunds will be given to teams that violate the communication or abuse rules which are located under tournament rules- additional rules.
50$ deposit is non refundable.
If the tournament changes it’s dates for any reason the refund policy is the same as above.
If a natural disaster happens the policy is the same as above. For instance things like floods, tornados, pandemics etc…
Cancelled games due to weather, field conditions, disaster, or rule violations will NOT be rescheduled.
Please note:
Swarm does not have the authority to force a city or county to allow us to play. If the city or county we are in says we can not play on a field that day or require us to delay games we are required to abide. We are required to follow our legally binding leases and can not override this if they deem a field unplayable for any reason.
